Combined registry project The Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court are currently working on their combined registry project. The combination of the registries is part of the single point of entry project by which all family law applications will be filed in the Federal Magistrates Court, which will determine which matters it retain and which should be transferred to the Family Court. Defacto property settlements are soon to be handled by the Federal Courts. | ||
